Preoperative X-ray and 3D CT imaging of a four-part proximal humerus fracture with medial comminution in a 33-year-old patient. The fracture was stabilized using a proximal humeral locking plate supplemented by a 2.7 mm reconstructive plate positioned anteriorly.
